The Dalai Lama stated his unequivocal belief that formal education must balance educating the mind with educating the heart. By doing so, we can nurture the conditions for a more compassionate and peaceful future. The implicit promise of The BVET has always been a transformative education, rooted in the highest standards of academic excellence, nurtured by The Indian values, and supplemented by the opportunity to learn in the best ambience. Schooling has the greatest influence on an individual’s life and it should enable the child to blossom into a well-balanced person, healthy in mind and spirit. Keeping these principles in mind the Beena Vaidya Educational Trust embarked on the journey of establishing the educational institutions….our first step was Our Beena Vaidya International Public School – with ICSE syllabus to provide the best education to the students of rural areas in the vicinity. Later we established Beena Vaidya International Public School with the state syllabus, Beena Vaidya Pre university college was our next successful step and finally Beena Vaidya Commerce and Science Degree college came into existence. Consequently I can prouly say that the child who enter in our institution as a naïve tiny tot can transformed into intellectually developed citizen of this global village called word.Schooling has the greatest influence on an individual’s life and it should enable the child to blossom into a well-balanced person, healthy in mind and spirit. The prime motives of our educational institutions are to equip its students to excel in academics, and to be savvy in the use of technology. But equally, knowledge is to become a liberating experience as the child is encouraged to discover his interests, his talents and aptitudes, and learn to form his opinions and role in society.
